A Bit About Me
Health and fitness isn't all about eating salads and doing cardio everyday. Its about finding something you enjoy in the gym and allowing yourself to grow as a person.
I have yo-yoed in weight most of my adult life, until I had a health scare that made me realise I needed to do something that would help me stay fit and healthy and change my lifestyle.
I took the plunge and signed up to a level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer course and I haven't looked back since. I am growing as a person, learning new things along my journey, helping others in their fitness journeys but mainly learning to love myself again!
